6 Foods that whiten teeth
All would want to have bright white teeth, but not all have money to whiten teeth at the doctor or with a liquid containing teeth whitening side effects. Though white teeth shine can also be obtained by consuming these foods five.

6. Chewing gum containing xylitolXylitol is a natural sweetener that can prevent plaque. Xylitol also neutralize the acidity in the mouth and increase saliva production to clean teeth.
