Angelina Jolie has received awards for her role raising awareness about issues of human rights, with the first film hedirected, 'In The Land Of Blood And Honey'.
The actress stepped behind the camera, for the film, which tells the story of forbidden love affair, between a woman and aBosnian Serb army during the Bosnian War.
Angelina received the award, at the Cinema For Peace Gala, inBerlin, Germany, on Monday. And when he received the award,her boyfriend, Brad Pitt, watching.
The film will be premiered in Sarajevo, Bosnia on Tuesday. andAngelina confesses that he was concerned to show the results ofhis work.
He told reporters, "I'm nervous and I'm happy. I might be cryingabout everything. I would be very, very touched because, of course, many people came to watch the victims of war, so it willbe very heavy, "he told reporters.
