Kim Kardashian has taken to Twitter to post a picture of her bare baby bump, silencing claims that she is faking her pregnancy.

The 32-year-old mum-to-be uploaded the snap this afternoon in which she can be seen taking a picture of herself with her t-shirt pulled up above her bump.

She captioned the picture: “baby love”

Kim came under fire earlier this week when it was speculated that she had been faking her pregnancy in a bid to make a mint out of the publicity.

Clearly not one to be made a fool of, Kim has now put an end to the quite frankly ridiculous rumours.

We mean come on, she’s one of the most famous people in the world – how would she be able to get away with faking a pregnancy for nine months?

Friends of Kim had spoken out in her defence following the claims, stating that the star was left feeling ‘hurt’ and ‘stressed’.

They said: “The extra stress isn't what she needs at the moment.

“She's concentrating on the birth and Kim finds the nasty comments about her weight very distracting and hurtful.

“The reports claiming she's not actually pregnant or her bump has vanished overnight are completely ridiculous and untrue.”

Congratulations on both the wedding and managing to keep it top secret.

A representative for the couple confirmed that the two wed in New York.

They said: "I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rocknroll in NY earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family.

"The couple had been engaged since the summer."

It may have been a small ceremony but this doesn't mean it was any less glamorous than your average Hollywood wedding.
